Dosed mode

While operating under this mode, the body, due to availability of "biological" feedback, himself specifies the reguired time of the apparatus performance thus performing self-regulation.

A light and sound signal is produced upon completion of the required exposure.

While operating under the dosed mode, electrodes of the apparatus should be installed on the required zone of only dry skin. Electrodes should be applied to the next zone only after the signal is produced. It is not allowed to move electrodes along the skin while operating under the dosed mode.

The dosed mode is applied in order to reveal trigger (starting, pathogenic) zones, zones of asymmetry, for operation with the skin of the sound pair organ or a part of the body, at uncertain (non-localized) complaints.

Constant mode

Under the constant mode devices function as transcutaneous electric neurostimators(CHENS).

The duration of the session should be determined by an operator in compliance with the techique desribed in the DENAS manual.

While operating under the constant mode, electrodes of the apparatus can be re-arranged as well as moved along the skin surface with speed of 1-2 cm per second (scaning).

The constant mode is applied at localized complaints, at emergency aid, with the therapeutic purpose and for treatment of revealed trigger zones and zones of assymmetry.

While treating with apparatuses one hand the same skin zone successively follow only the next order of repetition of the said modes: first the dosed mode, than the constant mode.

1. Minimum energy level.

At installation of electrodes of the engaged apparatus on the skin the patient does not experience any subjective sensations ( pain, prickings). This level is primary used at operation under the dosed mode and at trating children.

2. Comfortable energy level.

At installation of electrodes of the engaged apparatus on the skin the patient experiences slight non irritating pricking. This level can be used at operation under the dosed mode at treating teenagers and adults, at emergency aid, with the therapeutic purpose and for treating revealed trigger zones and zones of asymmetry.

3. Maximal energy level.

At installation of electrodes of the engaged apparatus on the skin the patient does not experiences pricked pain, as at a light electric discharge which may be accompanied by spontaneous contraction of muscles located near the installed electrodes. This level is used at the expressed pain syndrome, at emergency aid, unconscious state of the patient.

Important! It shoul be taken into account, that:

- apparatus DENAS at its engagement, is always adjusted at the minimum energy level;
- apparatus DENAS has a light diode scale of power level basing on which each patient can objectivize the degree of his sensations.

Procedures and zones for the action, used at application of device SKENAR

" Three pathes "

Treated in dozed mode with minimal or comfort level (according to indications - in constant mode)

The first path passes along the spinous processes of the vertebrae. Spinous processes are located along the median line of the body, are directed backwards and can be easy felt almost in all the people. The path is treated by moving the apparatus step by step from top to bottom begining with the second cervical vertebra (the lower border of hair drowth on the head) up to the coccyx inclusively.

The second and the third paths are located paravertebrally (nearby the spine) parallel to the vertebral column on the right and on the left (places of spinal cord radices outlet). The paths are treated simultaneously by moving the devices electrodes horizontally first at the level of the vertebra, then at the level of vertebra lying beneath, etc. vertically from top to bottom.

During treatment along the "three paths" in dozed mode the apparatus electrodes are moved in a stepwise manner to the following area joint-to-joint after receiving light and sound signal.

During treatment along the "three paths" in constant mode the apparatus electrodes may be moved step by step or slid along the skin (in soft or massaging movements). During scanning with the apparatus it is important to take into the consideration the direction of motion in the collar zone.

" Six points "

The points are the places of trigeminal nerve branches outcome.

The point are located on the face:

- the first pair of points - in the region of eyebrows, closer to the bridge of the nose;

- the secont pair of points - laterally to the wings of the nose;

- the third pair of points - slightly below the corner of the mouth.

The zone is treated in dozed mode, moving the apparatus electrodes step by step after receiving light and sound signal.

These procedures or zones are general actions , can and should be utilised under treatment of any disease. Action to juxtaspinal zones will activate trophic influence of vegetative nervous system, recovers the broken system of spinal inhibition, boosts development of endomorphins (endogenic like morphins hormones), will activate metabolic processes in tissues, improves an excitability and conduction of nerve fibrils. Due to reflex character of a regulation, intensifying of a blood-groove and enriching of metabolic processes under action by DENAS on any segment of a spinal cord descends in all fields of the body, innervating from this segment.

Direct projection above a place of exhibiting of morbid sensations or the phenomena of discomfort. It can effect in a constant mode of the device or move by its massage locomotions. If pain sensations are not caused by locomotion of stones (a urolithiasis, bile-stone illness) the mode is used individually - dosed. An operating time before reception of effect (enriching of state of health, decrease of pains) - 15-40 minutes.

Small asymmetry and the secondary factors. Small asymmetry is a surface of a skin after DENAS processings(during processing), manifestation from a dermal surface is, for example: a hyperemia (reddening) on an acyanotic surface, paleness on a surface of a hyperemia, an extrasensationed field on a surface of normal sensation skin, difficulty of movement of the device in separate places ("sunk down"), change of a tone or absence during work of the device on skin on separate fields. Small asymmetry is most primely found, giving a factor of the visual effect. Modes can be combined - constant and individual - dosed. It must work untill the disappearance of small asymmetry.

Reflexogenic zones are specified in the manual. Reflexogenic zones are ranges of a body on which the adequate boring of receptors produces a fixed jerk. Reflexogenic zones accept the active participation in a regulation of vital activity of an organism, allow to use various actions (DENAS) on them with the medical purpose. A mode individually - dosed and constant, mode to combine and alternate, an operating time of 10-20 minutes.

There are additional zones developing skin.

Ring of Pirogov. The neck ring. Commute or move DENAS without detatching from skin, from acanthas of cervical spondyles to a front surface of the neck and then again to move to acanthas of cervical spondyles, making a circle. Use constant mode. In zone this processing there are large blood vessels, lymph nodes, nervous fulcrums, thyroid and epithelial bodies. This zone is treated at a pathology of a nasopharynx (a rhinitis, a sinuitis, a laryngitis, a tonsillitis), at a stomatologic pathology, at a pathology of a brain.

The following procedure and zone processings - processing of a segment on a circle at a level of the complaint. The skin is treated, from the acanthas of a column conforming level of a locating of a sick member, up to its direct projection , then the projection of a member, and further is treated, making a circle, the device is reverted back to a column. Modes to combine and alternate: individually - dosed and constant. Action on skin is accompanied by function changes in organs and the tissues belonging besides a segment of a spinal cord, as a dermal surface which attacked; thus there come changes of tone of pots, muscles, secretory and motor activity of members, microcirculation and a metabolism of cells, tissues and members variate.

"Wings". DENAS is put in a projection of a brachial plexus. The brachial plexus is close to the top of the skin and has powerfull furcal frame. As a result of affecting an impulse from DENAS there is a spasm of muscles, which can cause the sensation pull a neck, the brachium can be uplifted.

Procedure " Bee's bite". It is applied at a nonperishable pain symptoms. Pain zone is treated on a comfortable energy (without unpleasant dermal sensations). Then the device needs to detatch from skin, to add maximal energy and to switch off. Then device to put to pain zone. To swith on on a fraction of second and to detatch the device. The procedure is carried out single-passly on a session.
